Player Agreement Overview

This Player Agreement governs your use of NoLimitCoins, a free-to-play sweepstakes social casino. By creating an account, you agree to these terms in full. No purchase necessary to play or win, and every feature described here applies equally to players who never buy a Gold Coin package.

Gold Coins are a play-only currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins are a separate promotional currency that may be redeemable for prizes where legally permitted. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, and it is each player’s responsibility to confirm participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our promotions or applicable law. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 2026.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of your use of NoLimitCoins or these terms shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. This includes disputes about account status, coin balances, or promotional eligibility.

You agree that arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Both you and NoLimitCoins waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit related to these terms.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To use NoLimitCoins, you must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction of residence and reside in a location where sweepstakes-style social casino play is permitted. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not accessing the site from a restricted location.

• You are the true account holder and are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where sweepstakes-style promotions are prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of NoLimitCoins where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You will maintain only one account per person, per household.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. If we determine that a player does not meet these representations, we may suspend the account and void any associated Sweeps Coins pending review.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

NoLimitCoins grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins for entertainment purposes. Neither currency is property, currency, or a security, and neither can be sold, transferred, or exchanged between players.

Gold Coins have no cash value and exist solely to enable free-play gameplay. Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry mechanism that may become eligible for prize redemption once applicable requirements are met, subject to identity verification.

All game software, graphics, and platform functionality remain the property of NoLimitCoins and its licensors. This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms or your account is closed.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, and use a unique password that you do not share with third parties.

We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing any Sweeps Coin redemption or reinstating a locked account. Your email and mailing address must stay current to ensure uninterrupted promotions and correspondence, including free entry by mail requests.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

NoLimitCoins prohibits any attempt to manipulate gameplay outcomes, exploit software defects, use automated scripts or bots, or create multiple accounts to gain additional Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. Any account found engaging in such activity may be suspended or permanently closed.

Our alternative method of entry, sometimes called AMOE, allows players to request Sweeps Coins by mail without any purchase. Submitting duplicate, falsified, or automated AMOE requests is considered abuse and may result in those entries being voided. AMOE rules require that each request be handwritten, individually mailed, and limited to the frequency described in our promotional rules.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All trademarks, logos, game titles, and site content on NoLimitCoins are owned by or licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

If you submit comments, reviews, or support messages, you grant NoLimitCoins a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for operating and promoting the platform. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of others.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

NoLimitCoins relies on third-party infrastructure and software providers, and gameplay may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, or unforeseen technical failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

In the event of a verified system malfunction that affects game results or coin balances, we reserve the right to void affected rounds and restore balances to their pre-malfunction state. We are not responsible for losses of play progress caused by outages beyond our reasonable control.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoLimitCoins and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any interruption of gameplay or delay in prize fulfillment.

You agree to indemnify and hold NoLimitCoins harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or breach of the eligibility representations described above.

Termination and General Provisions

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, any unredeemed Gold Coins are forfeited and unredeemed Sweeps Coins may be forfeited pending review.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later, and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and NoLimitCoins regarding platform use.
